Our Workforce: The Doyon Security workforce is comprised primarily of former law enforcement and military personnel who have undergone our rigorous pre-employment screening, passed our standardized basic training program and continuously adhere to Doyon standards of professionalism and skill testing. Our knowledge in how to hire, train and retain the very best security officers guarantees clients get the best security workforce available anywhere.
Leadership Team: Each member of our security management team comes directly from a key leadership position within law enforcement or the military. Our security management team leaders are members of relevant federal, state and local law enforcement and homeland security agencies critical to situational awareness such as: the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, the Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council for the Alaska Region and U.S. Coast Guard Anchorage Area Maritime Security Committee.
